U Power Partners with IoTeX to Expand Blockchain-Based Energy and Transportation Solutions

U Power Limited (Nasdaq: UCAR), a company developing AI-based solutions for modern energy and transportation systems, has signed a strategic partnership with blockchain platform IoTeX. The agreement supports U Power’s plan to grow its EV battery-swapping technology, known as UOTTATM, and expand its presence in the Web3 energy and transportation space.

Under the agreement, IoTeX will purchase RWA tokens issued by U Power. These tokens are backed by corporate bonds. The funding is expected to help strengthen U Power’s financial position and support continued development of its core technologies.

Both companies plan to work together on the RWAs’ tokenization. They will use AI and blockchain to make asset management more secure and scalable. The goal is to apply these tools to real-world systems, especially in energy and transportation.

The partnership is supported by HabitTrade, a platform that offers infrastructure for asset trading. HabitTrade will help with the design and execution of the token-related parts of the agreement. The platform is providing technical and regulatory support to make the transaction smooth and compliant.
