Cryptocurrency Exchange Binance Announces Both an Airdrop and Listing

Cryptocurrency exchange Binance has announced that it will list Newton Protocol (NEWT) on June 24, 2025 at 17:00 (UTC+3).

NEWT to be Listed on Five Different Trading Pairs

Trading will be launched for NEWT on USDT, USDC, BNB, FDUSD and TRY trading pairs. All trading pairs will carry the “Seed Tag” label according to Binance’s risk assessment system.

Newton Protocol has been selected as the 24th project in Binance’s HODLer Airdrop program. NEWT will also be listed on Binance Alpha as of June 24, but will not be viewable on Alpha once spot trading begins.

According to Binance’s statement, users who deposit their BNB into Simple Earn (flexible or locked) or On-Chain Yields products between June 14-17, 2025 will be able to benefit from the airdrop distribution. The airdrops are planned to be transferred to users’ Spot Wallets at least 1 hour before the transaction starts. Detailed information about the HODLer Airdrop will be shared within 12 hours.

Details on the tokenomics of the NEWT token are as follows:

• Genesis Total Supply: 1,000,000,000 NEWT
• Maximum Supply: 1,000,000,000 NEWT
• HODLer Airdrop Distribution: 12,500,000 NEWT (1.25%)
• Additional Marketing Allocation: A separate campaign of 12,500,000 NEWT that will come into effect after 6 months
• Circulating Supply at Time of Listing: 215,000,000 NEWT (21.50%)
