Shiba Inu Leads DOGE, PEPE, and FLOKI in Social Activity

Shiba Inu beats Dogecoin, Pepe, and Floki Inu to rank as the top meme coin by social activity.

Leading digital currency analytics platform Crypto Dep has released the list of the top 10 meme coins with the most social activity.

Interestingly, Shiba Inu ranks in the number one spot, leading other top meme-based cryptocurrencies like DOGE, PEPE, FLOKI, and BABYDOGE in the metric. It bears mentioning that the data shared by Crypto Dep was obtained from Lunar Crush, a renowned social intelligence platform.

Shiba Inu Social Media Activity

Notably, the list of the top 10 meme coins by social activity was compiled based on three crucial metrics: social media posts, interactions, and social dominance.

According to the data, Shiba Inu was included in 23.9K posts across social media platforms like X (formerly Twitter), Reddit, and Discord. Interestingly, Shiba Inu surpassed other meme coins in this category.

In addition, Shiba Inu also obtained the highest score in terms of meme coins with the most social media interactions. This metric considers a crypto asset’s social media engagements, including likes, retweets, upvotes, and comments.

Shiba Inu recorded a whopping 85.2 million engagements for the social interaction category. However, PEPE, DOGE, and FLOKI recorded social interactions to the tune of 68.4 million, 49.8 million, and 2.4 million, respectively.

Furthermore, in the social dominance metrics, which accounts for “share of voice across social media platforms,” Shiba Inu recorded 0.88%. However, Dogecoin had 1.42%, while other meme coins in the list saw a percentage of less than 0.7% apiece.

In general, Shiba Inu ranked as the top meme coin by social activity. DOGE, PEPE, FLOKI, BONK, QUACK, BABYDOGE, TSUKA, VINU, and YOOSHI followed SHIB, according to the data.

The development comes less than a month after Shiba Inu was ranked as the fourth crypto project with the most social activity.

It is unsurprising to see Shiba Inu among the top crypto assets with the most social activity. Aside from having a dedicated team, Shiba Inu has one of the most vibrant communities in the industry.

Shiba Inu community members are always eager to promote the widespread adoption of SHIB across social media platforms. Besides promoting SHIB’s adoption, they also defend the crypto asset from FUDs (Fear, Uncertainty, and Doubt) targeting the cryptocurrency.

Meanwhile, SHIB has continued to rank as the 16th-largest cryptocurrency, with a market capitalization of $5.69 billion. Shiba Inu recently added a fifth zero after its decimal following Bitcoin’s massive plunge from $44K to below $41K.
