In a recent post on social media platform X, a crypto expert who goes by the pseudonym Del Crxpto predicted that the United Arab Emirates (UAE) will launch a crypto reserve. According to the expert, this reserve will contain a significant amount of Shiba Inu. However, he did not provide a possible timeline for this prediction or any factors behind the prediction. Notably, this speculation has been circulating in the Shiba Inu community for some time now.
It should be noted that Shiba Inu has a warm relationship with the UAE government. As previously reported, the UAE partnered with Shiba Inu in February to use Web3 cryptocurrency technology — ShibOS — to improve its governance and public services. This initiative marked the first adoption of blockchain in the UAE at the federal level. Interestingly, the government chose Shiba Inu’s ShibOS over other technologies introduced by prominent crypto projects.
Since the UAE is confident in the effectiveness of Shiba Inu compared to existing projects, many experts like Del Crxpto believe that the government will include SHIB in the crypto reserve if one is launched. Despite the growing rumors that the UAE is considering creating a crypto reserve, the government has not released a statement confirming this rumor.
