Cardano Gets AI Boost as First Dedicated Generative Chatbot Goes Live

The Cardano (ADA) ecosystem has welcomed its first generative AI-based chatbot, as Girolamo goes live in Beta mode.

Generative artificial intelligence solutions such as ChatGPT have been one of the biggest technology revelations of the year. In a fast-moving industry such as blockchain, it is unsurprising to see many ecosystems racing to integrate the new technology to boost public appeal and enhance existing offerings.

The Cardano ecosystem has not been left behind. In fact, a new development has seen Cardano-focused platform CardanoGPT roll out a new generative AI chatbot called Girolamo.

The blockchain solutions company believes Girolamo, named after prominent mathematician Girolamo Cardano, is the first dedicated generative chatbot on Cardano.

CardanoGPT users can access the chatbot via Discord and receive precise answers to their questions about the Cardano ecosystem. The new chatbot, released in Beta mode, also features image generation and interpretation functionalities.

Regarding the new chatbot, CardanoGPT further acknowledges that the bot provides answers in real time and maintains a highly user-friendly interface. These abilities enable users to access up-to-date data and avoid the ambiguous work of surfing the internet to find relevant information about Cardano.

CardanoGPT gave Cardano founder Charles Hoskinson special recognition for making the AI chatbot a reality. The project also recognized other influential Cardano thought leaders for their contributions to the data used to train the AI model.

Cardano Founder Keen on AI

The recent launch of the first dedicated generative chatbot for Cardano is a significant milestone for the blockchain. It also comes at a time when Cardano founder Charles Hoskinson has been keen to see the project catch up with the trending technology.

Earlier this month, Hoskinson seized on the OpenAI saga to offer CEO Sam Altman a potential partnership with Cardano. Among other things, the Cardano Founder teased the development of a decentralized LLM built on Cardano.
